Brgy. Ginebra vs Meralco (REPLAY) – Jan 10
For Meralco coach Norman Black, it’s unfortunate they let Game One slip away, then they go for payback somewhere where Barangay Ginebra is tougher to beat.
It’s Game Two of the PBA Governors’ Cup best-of-seven finale at 7 p.m. Friday at the Quezon Convention Center in Lucena.
“There’s always an advantage for Ginebra whenever they go anywhere in the country. Normally fans follow them. In Araneta, we can probably get 4,000 or 5,000 fans in the gym, then they will have 12,000, 15,000. When we go to the province, that’s a little bit more difficult for us,” said Black.
“We’ll see. Anyway, we have to win this game. It’s a must win for us; it really won’t matter where we play,” Black added.
Tipoff is at 7:00 p.m.
