Alaska Aces finally broke into the win column, slipping past the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, 78-71, in the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup on Sunday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

Alaska import Franko House had 22 points and 23 rebounds, while Simon Enciso and Vic Manuel added nine markers apiece in the win.

Kayel Locke led Rain or Shine with 25 points, while Mark Borboran and Ed Daquioag added nine each in a lost cause as Rain or Shine stayed at the bottom part of the team standings.
